I had a very smooth remodeling experience with Advantage Design + Remodel. From beginning to end, I felt comfortable with everyone that I worked with. Kalette was the person I initially spoke to when I first reached out to Advantage Design + Remodel. She provided an overview of the process and scheduled my initial consultation. She was so friendly and cheerful during all our conversations. During my initial consultation with Greg, I found him to be very attentive to my expectations. As we developed the project scope, Greg was very helpful in providing options to keep my investment range in check. In no way did I feel pressured into making a commitment. Hayley was so helpful in making the detailed selections. While I had somewhat of a vision, Hayley did a phenomenal job creating the final plan. She was very good at sensing what I liked and disliked. Because of her great ideas and suggestions, I was not overwhelmed by all of the decisions that needed to be made. Andy made certain that the construction timeline stayed on track. He made adjustments when necessary and promptly informed me of any schedule changes. I was very pleased that my project was completed on time. Jason made the project come to fruition. I really appreciated his attention to detail throughout the process. For example, after the recessed lights were installed and seeing where they shine in the room, he was not pleased with the location of a couple of them. He quickly worked with the electrician to move them to better positioned locations. He treated my project as if it were a project for his own home. My experience with Advantage Design + Remodel was terrific! I will definitely use them again when the time comes for another improvement to my home!
