During our home visit which included our entire team, we will take all detailed measurements, photographs, and notes about your home and the project. Since our trade partners are invited to this walkthrough we will also thoroughly inspect your home as relates to the project to ensure that both you and our team knows what to expect prior to the work taking place. This also allows our team to put together a detailed scope which makes our proposal more accurate on the financial side as well.
Once the final designs have been drawn up and approved by you, we'll bring in our team to tour your home before we start construction. We relay all of our information, the timeline, and the vision for your home to our trade partners throughout the process to ensure we continue to meet deadlines and expectations. With your plans finalized and a start date for your construction project set, we are ready to work on your home!
Every home addition or remodel begins with at least some demolition to make way for the new build. We carefully remove old materials from the work site while keeping the rest of your home free of debris, dust, tools, and equipment. Once construction begins, our team will maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site for themselves and for your family. At the end of every day, we'll make sure everything is safely secured so you don't have to worry about any trip and fall hazards, unattended equipment, or other hazards.
Although we maintain open communication throughout the process, we still get a thrill out of revealing the final project. After all, it's the culmination of all of our collective creativity and hard work and we're always proud of the results. But, ultimately, we know that your opinion of what we've done is what matters most. We'll walk you through your new home addition, show you everything that we've done and ask for your honest opinion.
